At Robinson's Jewelers, we want you to be completely enamored with your new piece. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your eligible jewelry within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our concierge team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Your Package

Place your jewelry in its original packaging, including all certificates and appraisal documents, and place it inside a shipping box.

Affix Shipping Label

Print and attach the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your package.

Inspection and Refund

Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the item, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
